What Typically Goes On Sale In February

We all know that the end of summer is the best time to find a bathing suit on sale.  Or the end of winter is the best time to get the best price on a coat.  But, which month exactly are these endings.  What about those other months and those other items.  I found a great list to share with all my fellow bargain hunters.

February:  bedding, toys, air conditioners, art supplies, used cars, curtains, furniture, glassware & china, storm windows, sportswear & equipment, silverware, radios, TVs, stereos, men's apparel, lamps, housewares.

March:  boys' & girls' shoes, garden supplies, ski equipment, luggage, laundry equipment, infants' clothing, ice skates, housewares.

April:  womens' shoes, lingerie, hosiery, fabrics, painting supplies.

May:  handbags, jewelry, luggage, Mother's Day specials, rugs, shoes, tire & auto accessories, TV sets, sportswear, outdoor furniture, household linens, house coats.

June:  bedding, fabrics, Father's Day specials, floor coverings, men's clothing, women's shoes, lingerie, sleepwear, hosiery, boy's clothing.

July:  air conditioners, appliances, bathing suits, electronic equipment, furniture, handbags, summer sports equipment, sports wear, summer clothing, rugs, men's shirts and shoes, lingerie and sleepwear .

more months to come...

One More Tidbit:
Did you know June and October are the most profitable months for coupons?  I thought they were the same all the time.  Not only that, but I hear the next best months for coupon clipping is May, September and November.  And even though you can still save in July and December with coupons, these two months are the least profitable than all the other months.
