- Suck your belly in toward spine, shoulders back and standing up straight. These all give a slimmer middle.
- Pop some anti-gas pills. You might be able to find a generic (but just as good) pills for just $1 at the nearest dollar store.
- Eat salmon for lunch. Salmon is packed with nutrients that build muscle tone and also gives skin a health glow.
- Squats and sit-ups add definition to muscle, tightening abs, butt and legs temporarily. Do 3 sets of 12 each.
Don't let the camera add pounds. Push your chin forward and hold your arms away from your body. Turn slightly sideways from the camera with one foot in front of the other. Now you're ready.
