Ever Wonder What The Best Way Is To Clean Your White Tennis Shoes

     So you just bought a brand new pair of tennis shoes. You try to keep them scuff free for as long as possible, because you know they will never be the same once you have to clean them.  I've got  a couple of tips that should put a frown on the face of that annoying person that always wants to step on your new shoes, especially the white ones, right.

     Use a soaped up wet scouring pad for the initial cleaning of leather or canvas.  After that, dampen a sponge with lemon juice, wiping the shoes clean.  Windex will work too.

     To help your sneakers stay cleaner longer.  Once washed, allow to dry, and then give them the once-over with spray starch.  It will help them resist future dirt and grime. (and shoe prints!)

Trivia Question

What is the plastic tip of a shoelace called?  You know, that little plastic tube thingy that helps get the shoelace smoothly through the holes in your shoe and keeps lace from fraying.  Give up?             Aglet
