Excercise In Your Car

You are stuck behind the steering wheel of your car until you reach your destination.  Why not put some of this down time towards firming up that "beer" belly.  Sit up straight with your back against your seat.  Now pull your stomach in and hold it in, count to five.  Relax.  Repeat.  This exercise also relieves tension and sleepiness.  Goodbye sit-ups!

Double chin getting you down?  Chin up, slightly.  Open and close mouth as if you were chewing.  That's it.  Don't worry about people in other cars finding it amusing.  They should be keeping their eyes on the road.  And you're going to love having only one chin.

To firm neck, move head toward right shoulder while looking straight ahead at the road.  Return your head to the center.  Then turn your head toward the left shoulder, looking straight ahead at the road, then back to center.
Exercising soon after you eat is an excellent way to burn off excess calories.  Eating a good meal and exercising raise your metabolic rate.  You'll burn off more calories by exercising after a meal than before one.  Cutting back on calories lowers your metabolism and makes you work harder to burn off what you do eat.  A twenty minute walk within forty-five minutes of eating is the minimum requirement to work off a meal.
