


1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour for each cup of milk or cream.
Medium
2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour for each cup of milk or cream.
Thick
3-4 tablespoons butter and 3-4 tablespoons all-purpose flour for each cup of milk or cream.
Directions
Put ingredients into blender, cover and process at "Whip" until well blended. Pour into saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cheese Sauce
Add 1/2 cup cubed cheddar cheese to ingredients for white sauce (above) . Cover and process at "Blend" until smooth.
