I was the lucky recipient of two issues of PCWorld that someone had tossed away for trash. Someone's trash became my treasure when I read the covers; "Best Free Stuff, 112 apps and services you can't live without" on the cover for the April, 2010 issue and "52 Incredibly Useful Sites" on the cover of a June 2010 issue. After all, it's my duty to recycle every chance I get. Besides the subscriber did PC World justice by allowing someone like me to find, enjoy and possibly subscribe to this magazine. I didn't receive any type of compensation from PCWorld for telling everyone what a great magazine they produce. I discovered this all by myself. I found useful information in both magazines from cover to cover, not just in the feature articles that originally caught my eye.
Enough of that already. I'd like to share some of the apps and services listed in the article. Find the following eight utilities for saving time and optimizing your system by going to find.pcworld.com/69446:

Here's the one I'm gonna try first. http://www.instapaper.com/ This website lets you bookmark anything to read later, stripping the page's content to bare text for your computer, iPhone, or Kindle. Go completely old-school and print it out. I never seem to have enough time to read everything I find. There you go. You know where to find the rest.
