     The popular image of Virgos as picky people is not true.  If you observe this in a Virgo than there is most likely another aspect from the natal chart that has enhanced this characteristic in that Virgo.  Duty is important to Virgos.  They are happiest when engaged in something that benefits society at large.  Virgos are usually attracted to people that are intellectually stimulating or eccentric in some way.  The relationship won't last long unless the metal connection exists.  They tend to have high standards when choosing a mate.  Reading, writing and education supply an outlet for their nervous energy.

     They possess boundless energy.  They are impatient, they want everything yesterday.  Their moodiness comes about mentally instead of emotionally.  If they don't understand something their frustration mounts until they either explode or understand.  Their attention span will improve with maturity and age.  The compassion they display usually deepens with time.  They love to be with animals.  Provide your Virgo child with books and learning tools.  They thrive with a lot of positive feedback and praise.

Libra
     They seem  to come in three distinct types:  decisive, those who aren't and those that seek harmony for its own sake.  Typically they seek to act fairly.  They love  beauty in art, literature, classical music, opera, mathematics and the human body.  They enjoy debate but not argument.  They are masters at the power of suggestion.  Librans are courteous but don't assume they are pushovers.  Adversely afflicted, they have trouble making decisions and can lose themselves in sensual pleasures.

Libra Kid
     A Libra child is probably not one to be found in a sandbox looking for bugs.  They're too refined for that.  You will usually find them in their own room reading a book or listening to music.  They get along well with other kids and enjoy group activities but they usually will have one special friend to share secrets.  Many creative people had imaginary friends as youngsters so don't be alarmed if your Libra toddler talks about or plays with theirs.  It's part of what makes their personalities different.  Shouting or scolding is a bad way to discipline a Libra child.  A much better way is to tell your Libra what behavior was wrong and get a promise that it will not be done again.
