 Don't "attach" your resume when sending it via e-mail.  Display right in the email to be sure it gets looked at.

Walk with confidence not arrogance by holding head up, shoulders back and down.  NO SWAGGERING!  And don't forget to smile.  If you are confident and friendly people will be naturally attracted to you. 

Expand your vocabulary by creating  running list of words.  Put three words on it a day and memorize those words.  That adds up to almost 1,000 words in a year.  Reinforce old vocabulary with monthly review and try using new words in conversations.  The more you use the words, the more likely you are to remember them.

Get a better rate on your next loan or savings account by using a credit union rather than a bank.

Display good manners at the table.

1. Do not put your purse, keys, sunglasses or eyeglasses on the table.
2. Take food out of your mouth the way it went in...if steak fat went in to your mouth on a fork, spit it out onto fork.
3. Remove an olive pit with your thumb and forefinger.
4. Taste everything on your plate before you add salt and pepper.

5. Leave plate where it is when you are done with your meal.  Don't push it away from you.

Great idea for watering hanging plants.  Use a shower cap on bottom of pot to catch any dirt or water.

Hang an umbrella upside down from a ceiling fan when cleaning it to catch what you're wiping off.
