Image via Wikipedia Scorpio likes to travel incognito. Eyes can be green, blue, brown or black but they will be piercing with hypnotic intensity. They will out-stare you every time. Insults roll right off the back and compliments don't move them a fraction of an inch because they are total ego.

Most Scorpios have powerful physiques with features that are noticeably heavy or sharp and clearly drawn. Usually the nose is quite prominent, sometimes beak-shaped. The complexion pale, almost translucent and the brows are heavy and knit together above the bridge o the nose. Male Scorpios will have a heavy growth of hair on the arms and legs, often wit a reddish cast. They mostly have dark hair and eyes but some won't.

They will proudly and consciously practice a blank expression. Smiles are rare but genuine. Their art is to probe your nature and motives relentlessly, while remaining inscrutable. They are experts at it. Be on guard with all Scorpios. They're just not soft or naive. Scorpios wear sunglasses frequently, even at night, because they realize that their eyes expose their inner intensity.

It's beneath them to flatter others. When they say something nice to you, treasure it. You always get the naked, brutal truth when asking their advice. A Scorpio naturally attracts either fiercely loyal and dedicated admirers or envious and spiteful enemies. Even the latter will give grudging respect, careful not to challenge the Scorpio openly.

There is a particular type of Scorpio who moves and speaks rather quickly and appears to have an open, friendly manner. Look deeply into the eyes and really think about some of their past actions, their true behavior. That Scorpio is just playing a game with the happy talk. Inside is tough and determined like the more typical, poised Pluto people. The ruling planet, Pluto, rules nuclear power. This particular type of Scorpio might even be a shade more dangerous because the disguise is better and fools you more easily with a haunting sweetness.

Scorpio can destroy it's body with excesses, melancholy or hard work. Don't get sick often, but when they do, it's usually serious. Sometimes they have chronic nose bleeds or surgery is performed on the nose for some reason. They usually seek occupations that flirt with danger. They are deeply interested in religion. Intensely curious about all phases of life and death. Passionately concerned with sex and violently drawn by a desire to reform. Fiercely possessive of what they believe to be theirs, including success but ambition is never obvious. Scorpio can do just about anything it wants to do. If they really want it, it's no longer a dream.
