Don't throw them out they're worth something. Maybe just a few dollars each but if you have 10 albums that could add up. Use this list for future reference so you will know how much to spend on it when you find it.

- Elvis - Moody Blue (1977) Any copies of this not on blue vinyl are actually collectible; the blue vinyl is common. The black vinyl edition with the ASL1 prefix is the original one; any other prefix in the label number is virtually worthless.
- The Beatles - White Album (1968) can be valuable if the covers are really clean, and are complete with the poster, four photos and protective sheet. In Excellent condition, with everything there, it's worth approx. $250 dollar. Otherwise $4.
- Introducing The Beatles (1964) The back of the album jacket must be the column-back version. If it doesn't say "stereo" anywhere on the label, it's a fake.
- The Rolling Stones - Their Satanic Majesties Request (1967) This infamous 3-D cover isn't rare. Stereo copies with that cover are valued at around $25.
- Lynyrd Skynyrd - Street Survivors (1977) The wall of flames behind the band members on the LP cover was taken off after the band's airplane crashed, killing several members. Sealed, this will bring about $50.
- Dave Mason - Alone Together (1970) Originally realeased with "marble" vinyl, this was made in huge quantities. Retails for around $10.
- The Who - Live at Leeds (1970) Many people find this album, stuffed with the reproductions of the Who's original contract from Woodstock and assorted other memorabilia. It's a $10 - $15 record, in Excellent condition, with all the contents.
- JFK Memorial Album Released in 1963, this album is like old Life magazines; everyone seems to have kept theirs. Near mint copies sell for $5. This seems to be the case with a lot of JFK items.
