Super Quick & Easy DIY Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

Great for breakfast on the run and a lot cheaper than what you buy at the grocery store.

Combine 1 cup quick oats, 1/2 cup applesauce, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1/4 cup chopped fruit.  Press the mixture into a greased baking pan, and refrigerate until firm.  Then cut it into bars, and wrap each one in plastic wrap.

And that's it.  Pretty easy, huh?

Speaking of  quick, easy, oatmeal.  Does anyone have the recipe for those no-bake cookies I use to eat growing up?  The recipe I have includes peanut butter and they're just not the same.  Leave that recipe in a comment or email me.  That would be great, thanks!
