Make Your Lips Appear Full; No Surgery Required

• Choose glossy lipcolors over matte.
• Exfoliate your lips.  The scrubbing will smooth and puff them up at the same time.  Adding sugar to your face cleanser makes a great homemade lip scrub.
• Outline just above the V of your cupid's bow with a white, shimmery pencil.  Lips appear to be overflowing. 
• Use a nude lip pencil along your top lip line to make it disappear, then fill in lips with a nude or soft pink shade.
