And it never needs sharpening. Liquid eyeliner takes a little practice. Once you get the hang of it, you'll be hooked. If you've laid on your cat eye a lil' thick or it's too uneven and you want to fix it without a redo, try this trick. Dip a cotton swab in a lil' bit of moisturizer, then trace it along the outside of the line, lifting as you get to the outer corner.
