1 can (6oz) low-sodium tuna, rinsed and drained
1 package (8oz) cream cheese
2-3 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon onion powder
3-4 drops hot pepper sauce (optional)
1/4 cup fresh minced parsley
In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients until well mixed. Shape into a ball; roll in parsley. Chill. Serve with crackers. Servings = 4
