5 Popular Spices' Health Benefits and How To Use Them

Garlic may lower cholesterol and help prevent cancer, especially the stomach variety.  This a yummy addition in stews, soups, stir fries and pasta sauce.

Ginger can ease nausea and may help protect against cancer.  Fruit salads, stir fries, bean soup and vegetable dishes are where to add ginger.
