Oregano may help protect against cancer and heart disease. Taste great when added to pasta sauces, soups and salad dressings.
Cinnamon can lower blood sugar. Use in oatmeal, muffins, and rice and bean dishes.
Rosemary may reduce inflammation and inhibit tumors. Wonderful in roasted chicken, grilled fish, roasted veggies and soups.
