Free Paint Arrived, Now What!

Art Reproduction Oil Painting - Monet Paintings: Antibes, View of Salis - Extra Large 36" X 48" - Hand Painted Canvas ArtI would love to create something like this to hang on my wall.  But I don't think this is what Glidden had in mind when they sent us that free paint sample.  So, guess I'll paint a wall to hang it on. Shouldn't be too much trouble finding one that needs it.  Actually, the trim sounds like a better idea.    The big can has an off-white in it. Whew, played it smart on that choice.  Something I can use.  Not so smart with my other two choices.  Pink and brown were my choices for the little bottles we recently received.  I'll have to think about that.
Here are some tips I found while searching for some painting how-to's.  Surely I'm not the only rookie.
    Q.  How many square feet does one gallon of paint cover?
    A.  300 to 400 square feet, depending on the color of the paint, surface texture and application process
