Winter Weather Beauty Tips

Avoid super dry skin this winter by swaping gel-based face and body washes for thicker, creamier formulas to add moisture.
Hot water actually dehydrates skin, so keep your showers quick and tepid.
After shower towel dry, then slather on lotion immediately (within 3 minutes) while skin is still moist.
Pin a small safety pin to the seam of your slip and you will not have a clingy skirt or dress.  Same thing works with slacks that cling when wearing panty hose.
Mix together 1/2 lb sea salt and 1 lb baking soda and add to tub of warm water.  Soak until water is cool.  Excellent for soothing dry itchy skin.  Also helps detoxify the skin by pulling out toxic waste from the pores.
Dy brush the skin to improve skin tone, circulation, and help rid skin of dry dead skin cells.  Start at feet, move brush in long gentle strokes, always towards heart in upward motion.  Brush entire body.  Shower, dry and apply lotion.  Don't forget to wash the brush with soap and water to keep free of skin debris.
