3. Always look your dupe in the eye.
4. Pretend you're playing a game. (this will help you relax)
5. Cry. (when all else fails)

1. Use dramatic pauses. and, on occasion, stop talking entirely.
2. Use short, punchy words.
3. Always use active verbs.
4. Use the element of surprise.
